Thank you so much for the lesson ideas. I saw your presentation at the NECC conference and until I saw actual teaching ideas with software, I was ready to give up on the conference. Your session was worth the price of admission! I have just begun my Garageband endeavors and wanted to share! I teach for a charter high school, but we do have elementary students on campus. My students created pop up childrens books using on-line stories found at www.magickeys.com. They then use both Garageband sound effects and jingles as well as iMovie sound effects and created audio story books. It was a true success! Next...the poetic soundscape. I still am a little resistant because I have not music ability what so ever! But I'm willing to give it a shot! I would love to stay in contact with you to share ideas!
